20221014 LS customer provided information, using XM53 in the front row and 1613BIM-1 0.4 in the back row, made a 311 5-blade drill bit, drilled from Xujiahe formation to Maokou 3 in Weiyuan block. Due to water leakage in the well, the machine speed was normal before drilling. This drill bit passes through the entire Xujiahe formation and Jialingjiang and Leikoupo and Feixianguan formation, then through Changxing and Longtan formation, and finally through Maokou4 drilling to Maokou3. The total footage is 1930 meters. During drilling inspection, the customer thinks that the drill bit is worn to some extent, and the front row teeth are seriously worn out, while the rear row teeth are not much worn out, which is mainly due to wear. It is believed that BIM-1 fully shows good wear resistance and thermal resistance. Customers are satisfied with BIM-1 performance.
