In 20220805 D customer mixed 1613XM53 and 1613BIM-1 at the main tooth position of a 16-inch 6-blade bit, drilled a well in the Y101 block of Luzhou, passed through the Zhenzhuchong formation, and then continued to drill the Xujiahe formation. After the Xujiahe penetration was more than 110 meters, the drilling was completed. It is found that all the main teeth cutters of XM53 are worn, with a large ratio of tooth breakage and almost no tooth breakage in BIM-1, which is normal wear. According to the customer's judgment, BIM-1 shows the advantages of high abrasion resistance and good thermal resistance in this application, and the transverse comparison BIM-1 is better than XM53. The shoulder of No.2 blade is all XM53, and the red line of No.3 blade is BIM-1.
