TH customer 20220827 in northern Shaanxi provided case, used 1613BIM-2 2.5 0.3 cutters to make an 8.6-inch 5-blade drill bit, and made the first drilling trip in Ansai, Yan'an, with 543 meters of drill bit into the well, 2659 meters of Heshanggou tripped out, footage 2156 m, the speed of the machine is slightly slow before tripping, the reason for tripping is that the drilling tool assembly needs to be replaced. After tripping out to check the condition of the drill bit, it was found that the cutters were only slightly worn and rounded. The client was satisfied with the BIM-2 performance and believed that all the cutters could be repaired and used.
