1. Research and development
Chongqing beisika new materials Co., Ltd. (BCC), engineers with rich research and development experience, constantly test and analyze the current products, cooperate closely with the on-site users, and constantly develop and innovate our PDC products.
2. Diamond sintering
The company uses advanced manufacturing processes, including synthetic pressure up to 65mpa and temperature up to 1600 ℃, to synthesize high hardness, durable PDC products.
3. Finishing
Strict finishing process will make PDC accurate to the exact specifications you need, and ensure that they are fully suitable for your unique drilling situation. This includes the design and production of composite wafers with different diameters, lengths, shapes, diamond thicknesses and chamfers.
4. Customization
We know that each project is different, so BCC engineers will discuss with you directly to determine the specific requirements of your drilling project, and then provide you with the ideal PDC solution you need.
BCC offers PDC sizes ranging from 4 mm to 25 mm in diameter and 8 mm to 25 mm in height, and is made into many different shapes, from cylindrical PDC of matrix to special customized PDC with different angles, different diamond thicknesses, interfaces and sizes. When designing and making PDC for you, we will cooperate with you to meet your specific drilling requirements and find out the best combination of abrasion resistance and impact resistance. 5. Laboratory testing
A number of quality tests ensure that the PDC of each BCC meets the highest quality standards. Including: impact strength test, wear resistance test, ultrasonic, electron microscope scanning and other rigorous quality test.
